2025 ERICSA Intergovernmental Training Event

Please note: If you registered for the 62nd Annual ERICSA Conference May 18 – 22 in Norfolk or if you paid for your membership in 2025, you are already registered for this event. You do not need to register or pay an additional fee because you are already a member of ERICSA. 

The Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association is hosting our fifth virtual Intergovernmental Training Event. Attendance at this event is exclusive for members of ERICSA. You are an ERICSA member if you attended the ERICSA Conference in Norfolk or if you have paid your membership fee in 2025 or if you pay the membership fee in order to attend the 2025 Virtual Intergovernmental Training Event.

This training event is a continuation of the excellent intergovernmental training sessions ERICSA is committed to provide to its members during the annual conferences. It will take place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET with an opening plenary and eight presentations during four time slots. 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 

• Early Emancipation

• Modification of Support – Incarceration

• Emancipation – When There is More than One Child

• Establishment of Support

  Modification: Obligor on TANF, Short-Term Disability or Lay-Off

CLE Information

Due to differences in State requirements for CLE, ERICSA is not identifying which workshops may be eligible for CLE. Workshop attendance will be verified through Zoom. It is your responsibility to self-report to your State. Speaker biographies and session descriptions will be provided in the agenda to aid you in your individual application process.

A CLE Certificate of Completion will be provided to each attendee who completes the ERICSA Intergovernmental Training Event CLE form and has paid the $50.00 fee for CLE. Seminar attendees who paid for CLE during the 2025 ERICSA Conference do not need to pay an additional fee. For other attendees, select the CLE fee option during registration.

If you registered for the 2025 annual conference or if you paid your membership dues in 2025, you are automatically an ERICSA member and registered for this training event.

ERICSA continues to provide expertise in the field of intergovernmental (interstate, international, tribal, etc.) case processing and legal knowledge, and we believe that continuing to offer this valuable annual training is essential for all members of the intergovernmental child support community.
