Join our discussion with the federal Office of Child Support Services’ (OCSS) FPLS Support team to learn how the Query Interstate Cases for Kids (QUICK), Electronic Document Exchange (EDE), Child Support Enforcement Network (CSENet), the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS), the Intergovernmental Reference GUIDE (IRG), and the Communications Center applications have been enhanced and work together to improve intergovernmental communication and streamline case processing.

Federal Office of Child Support Services (OCSS)

Lisa serves on the FPLS Support team for the Federal Office of Child Support Services (OCSS). She is responsible for working with Region II, III, and IV states to help maximize usage of the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS) data through automated processes and the Portal. Before joining OCSS in November 2018, she worked as a trainer and developer for the new statewide South Carolina Child Support system. Prior to that, she worked for Oklahoma Child Support Services (OCSS) in various capacities, including business and process analyst, trainer, liaison, and caseworker. During her time in Oklahoma, she co-created and served as the co-lead of the OCSS Stratification project.

Federal Office of Child Support Services (OCSS)

Courtney is with the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS) Support team at the Federal Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) serving Regions 1, 5, and 6. She works with state and tribal child support programs to expand their use of the FPLS by maximizing automation and developing effective methods for using data and applications provided by OCSS’s Division of Federal Systems. Prior to joining OCSS in 2016, she worked for 16 years in the State of Oklahoma Child Support program.  Courtney currently resides in Norman, OK.
