Christine Jennings is a nationally recognized thought leader in the child support community and has been a frequent presenter at national and regional conferences. She worked under contract for the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement for close to nineteen years (from December 1996 until November 2016) overseeing technical support to states in the use of federal data, primarily the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS). Her work at the federal level, coupled with her work on state Child Support programs in Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia, Indiana and Oklahoma, has provided Ms. Jennings with a national, regional and state perspective on the emerging challenges of this ever evolving program. Her strengths include program policy and regulatory compliance, strategy development, and user training as well as the development and implementation of meaningful metrics for program performance. Since 2005, Ms. Jennings has been a Board member of the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA), including three years as the Vice-President of Policy and Legislation and five years as the Technology Committee chair. She authored the "The Child Support Program: A Key Pillar of Family Support," which appears on the homepage of the ERICSA website (www.ericsa.org), when she served as chair of the Policy and Legislation committee.
