Networking, Training & Policy Updates
for Child Support Professionals

The Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA) is comprised of child support professionals at the federal, state and local levels from the public and private sectors. While most of our members are from the Eastern states, we have members from across the country. All members of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Honorary Board are dues paying members of the organization and volunteer their time to:
- Organize an annual training conference;
- Ensure effective implementation of federal and state family support laws;
- Recommend changes to family support legislation and regulations;
- Improve communication and cooperation between states to enhance interstate case processing.

Meet the President

Lisa Kelly Skenandore
Lisa joined Systems and Methods Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development in January of 2016. Prior to joining SMI, Lisa spent twenty-five years with her tribe, the Oneida Nation, and most notably as the Child Support IV-D Director. She began her career in child support when her tribe received its start-up grant in 2005. During this tenure she began advocating for tribal child support and continues to do so today.
Lisa has been on the ERICSA Board since 2012 and has also served as Treasurer during her tenure. She is also a Past President of the National Tribal Child Support Association and the National Child Support Engagement Association.
Become a Member
There are two ways you can become a member or renew your existing membership in ERICSA. One, by attending the annual conference which enrolls (or renews) you as a member until the next annual conference. Or two, if you are unable to attend the conference there is an online form which requires a $25 payment. Both methods entitle you to all the member benefits.
Policy & Legislation

ERICSA is instrumental in improving policies, procedures, practices, laws and regulations that deal with all aspects of child support. In keeping with its name, ERICSA seeks to focus special attention on the interstate aspects of child support enforcement through the program support and policy work the Association provides year-round.
